Cannes 2019: Aishwarya Rai looks like a Golden Goddess in this metallic gown

The former Miss World, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is back in the French Riviera to make heads turn with her beautiful red carpet look. The stunning lady marked her attendance at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival this year with daughter Aaradhya Bachchan. On Sunday (May 19th), the actress looked stunning on the red carpet as she flaunted her dual-tone metallic fish cut gown.

Aishwarya Rai reached Cannes with her little munchkin, Aaradhya. And like every year, she made an impressive first appearance on the red carpet of the 72nd edition of Cannes Film Festival. She looked like a queen in this dual-toned holographic number from  Jean-Louis Sabaji Couture and she was styled by Aastha Sharma. She carried a ring from Boucheron and styled her hair neatly. Interestingly, before heading for the red carpet, the mommy beautiful was escorted by her little munchkin Aaradhya Bachchan. She was seen matching her clothes with her mother’s outfit just like previous years.

On the work front, Aishwarya Rai (who was last seen in ‘Fanney Khan’) is reportedly doing Mani Ratnam’s periodic drama which is set against the backdrop of the Chola kingdom. Apparently, the actress is going to be playing a villain in the film.
