Cardi B moves to tears after watching Priyanka Chopra’s The White Tiger; see the latter’s reaction

The White Tiger starring Adarsh Gourav, Priyanka Chopra and Rajkummar Rao recently released on Netflix. It has got rave reviews from critics and audiences alike. Even rapper Cardi B is all praise for the film. She had tears after watching it. On Thursday, the singer-songwriter tweeted, “White Tiger is such a great movie. I was crying and angry while watching it.” To which Priyanka replied back, “So happy you enjoyed it”.

After Priyanka’s reply, The Grammy-winning musician wrote back, “Yes, You was so sweet and adorable You was amazing”. PeeCee tweeted back to Cardi B, “kisses always mama! You the best”.

Not only Cardi B but Priyanka’s husband Nick Jonas also lauded the movie and her performance. He wrote on his Instagram story, “The movie is unreal and my wife Priyanka Chopra is exceptional in it”. In a tweet, he wrote, “So incredibly proud of my wife Priyanka Chopra for her work as both an actor and a producer on this movie. Everyone, do yourself a favor and go watch this movie right now! Congrats to the entire cast and crew and creative team.”

The movie is based on the bestselling novel of the same name by Aravind Adiga. It explores India’s poverty, corruption and class-divide. Ramin Bahrani had directed the film.
