For actress Kriti Kharbanda, acting in ‘Raaz Reboot’ was almost a challenge. The debutante Bollywood actress had to do what she never did before; to get intimate on screen, and to use the ‘F’ word ferociously.
In an interview with a leading portal, Kriti said she had to abuse some 50 words, out of which 50% was asked to be toned down by CBFC. “I hurled abuses at Emraan, at Gaurav. I felt terrible about it. That was one of the cuts that we got from the CBFC,” she said.
Quite interestingly, CBFC’s logic behind chopping the ‘F’ words is again funny.
“They asked us to bring it down by 50 per cent. They said that a heroine of the film can’t abuse. Chopping them all would have taking it against the spirit of the movie. We couldn’t have allowed that,” Kriti added.
A heroine can’t abuse, is it?
Much sense!
