After Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Kangana Ranaut and Ayesha Shroff, we now have actress Udita Goswami’s name cropping up in the controversial Call Data Records (CDR) racket. The actress was summoned by the Thane police to record her statement. Apparently, CDRs of Udita’s director husband Mohit Suri were allegedly procured and shared with Goswami.
Udita arrived with het husband Mohit Suri to record her statement. Inspector Nitin Thakre recorded Goswami’s statement for over one hour, said Thane police PRO Sukhada Narkar. She was allowed to leave afterwards.
In her statement, Goswami told the cops that her advocate had allegedly given her some documents and had told her to check if she had any doubts on any numbers in 2014.
On being asked, Suri said there were no allegations against them. (Also Read: Kangana Ranaut gives it back to DCP in CDR case)
