Bollywood has lent their support to the LGBTQ community by showcasing their plight in films like ‘Kapoor and Sons’, ‘Aligarh’, ‘Margarita, with a Straw’ and ‘My Brother…Nikhil’ to name a few.
With homosexuality being decriminalised, perhaps our filmmakers will be more openly making films representing this community.
