Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon are gearing up for their movie ‘Dilwale‘ to clash with Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Priyanka Chopra’s ‘Bajirao Mastani‘ on December 18. Well, the box-office will surely turn into a battlefield with both the films trying to make it big at the box office but, it seems that this clash doesn’t bother our Badshah of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan.
Since the beginning of the film, Shah Rukh has been positive about his ‘Dilwale.’ Even though he has a tough competition from ‘Bajirao Mastani,’ SRK doesn’t have many inhibitions about the same. Rather, he is positive for his opponents too. He believes that his rival film too will make it big at the box-office. In a recent event, SRK cheered for both the films and said, “The other film (Bajirao Mastani) is also made by friends. Our genre is more family and happy-go-lucky kind. Their genre is niche and historical. For both films, audience will come in at different time and watch it. Both are really nice movies.”
Now, that’s what we call being a true star. Shah Rukh Khan has always been generous and has appreciated talent, even if it is that of his competitor. He believes in himself and he knows that his audience loves him unconditionally. Box-office numbers do play a major role in the film’s success but well, after spending so many years in the industry, Shah Rukh doesn’t seem to be much interested in numbers. “We have made our film with a lot of happiness and love. So wherever it is released people will love it. People will also wait and see. Screen count is not something that I understand. I like making films and I will stick to that” is what SRK said when questioned about the screen clash between ‘Dilwale’ and ‘Bajirao Mastani.’
Well, with the looks of it, Shah Rukh Khan really does not have to worry about the box-office collection of his ‘Dilwale.’ The rigorous promotional strategy adopted by the ‘Dilwale’ team has created a good-enough buzz about the film. Just like SRK’s previous even this one would break records at the box-office it seems.
