This in-depth interview of SLB managed to shed some light on why his films are so unique in nature. He revealed that his films will never comprise of complete stories as he does not like completeness. This behavior of Bhansali is somewhere connected with his father Navin Bhansali’s not-so-successful career in Bollywood as a director and a producer. He says, “My father’s incomplete story keeps me going. If he was a producer and a fulfilled filmmaker, I would not have had this madness.”

Despite this distinctive take of Sanjay, his fans await desperately for his films to hit the box office just like his upcoming film ‘Bajirao Mastani’ starring Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Priyanka Chopra.
