Check Out: Shahid Kapoor’s long hair look for ‘Udta Punjab’

Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor is known to experiment with his looks for his films, the actor had donned different looks for his recent releases that were well appreciated by his fans. Now Shahid who has started shooting for his movie ‘Udta Punjab’, is seen sporting long locks for this film directed by Abhishek Chaubey.

Shahid Kapoor has not only put on some weight but has also streaked his hair blue to get into the skin of the character. Shahid Kapoor has shown his versatility by sporting different looks for his films. In ‘Haider’ he had sported a bald look and for his upcoming film on destination wedding ‘Shandaar’ he is seen sporting a funky short cropped look. Now in ‘Udta Punjab’ he has donned a long hair look that goes with the character that he depicts in the film.

A nervous Shahid Kapoor confessed that, “Scariest part I have played yet have no clue how I’m going to get it right . Wish me luck guys.”

‘Udta Punjab’ will see the reunion of Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor on screen again. The duo were last seen together in the hit Jab We Met. Though the two are not cast as romantic lead, Shahid will be romancing Alia Bhatt and Kareena Kapoor will be seen with Diljit Dosanjh. ‘Udta Punjab’ is based on the drug trafficking problem in Punjab state.
