Check out Sushant Singh Rajput-Sanjana Sanghi’s first look from ‘The Fault in Our Stars’

Finally! The first look of casting director Mukesh Chhabra’s directorial debut film is out! The film starring Sushant Singh Rajput, is a Hindi remake of the romantic tragedy English film, ‘The Fault in Our Stars‘. The remake also stars Sanjana Sanghi and will mark her debut as a lead actress in Bollywood.

Mukesh and Sushant go a long way back. Mukesh had discovered Sushant for ‘Kai Po Che’ (released in 2013) which marked his debut in Bollywood. Sharing the look from the film, Sushant wrote, “More New Beginnings… @FoxStarIndia @CastingChhabra.” Check his tweet below:

The lead pair is finishing the look tests and are moving in and out of the city for outdoor shoots. Sanjana was previously seen in ‘Rockstar’, ‘Hindi Medium’ and ‘Fukrey’ in small roles.

Sushant had made a promise to Mukesh and he stuck by his words. Revealing what it was, Sushant said, “I and Mukesh share a great bond. He gave me my first film and I promised him that I would definitely be in his. This was the first film I signed without reading the script, as I know Mukesh is a terrific Director. And now that I have read the script, I am glad that I said yes. I am grateful to Fox to offer me a part in such an awesome story.”
