Check out the posters of ‘Bombay Velvet’

Anurag Kashyap’s much awaited film ‘Bombay Velvet‘ has been in news since it’s inception. Recently the makers have released the first posters of the Ranbir Kapoor Anushka Sharma starrer, ‘Bombay Velvet’.

‘Bombay Velvet’ has Ranbir Kapoor depicting the role of a street fighter Johhny Balraj and Anushka Sharma as his love interest jazz singer Rosie Noronha. The theme of the Posters is retro, in tandem with the film ‘Bombay Velvet’.

Directed by Anurag Kashyap, the movie is based on Gyan Prakash’s book ‘Mumbai Fables’ that explores Mumbai in the early 1950s and 1960s. The film also marks the debut of filmmaker Karan Johar in a negative role.

Phantom Films and Fox Star India production ‘Bombay Velvet’ will release on May 15.
