Chennai Express gets Janamashtami advantage

Chennai Express is still moving on a fast track. This Rohit Shetty movie had 30% jump in collections on Wednesday across India due to the Janamashtami holiday. The family entertainer made Rs.2.2 crores on Wednesday.

As per sources, the movie will be making more money all through the country for a second day too, thanks to the festivities.  Also there is no competition to it from Madras Cafe and Satyagraha as they have a limited audience pull.

Looks like Chennai Express will be going down in Bollywood history as a movie that has made maximum records.
