In December 2015, Salman Khan heaved a sigh of relief as he was acquitted of all the charges levied against him in the ‘Hit & Run’ Case. The Prosecution failed to prove that he was behind the wheels and was driving his car under the influence of alcohol. Due to less of strong evidence against the star, Salman was set free from the case. Now, it’s only the Chinkara Poaching Case that has smuggled the star into a legal hassle. But, it the latest reports are something to go by then there are chances that he might walk free in this case as well.
According to the recent updates, the defence lawyers have concluded their argument in the Rajasthan Court and have said that there is no concrete evidence against Salman in this case. The defence lawyer was quoted saying “When there was no conclusion about the weapon, how could a case of poaching be made out against Khan?” He later said that the entire case was framed against the star without any evidence. The only eye-witness, the driver of the vehicle didn’t even turn up for before the court for examination. Mr Bora, the defence lawyer said, “So how could his statements be considered in the case.”
Well,  with these strong case put forth by the defence lawyers, Salman seems to receive a relief in this case as well. The Prosecution will start with their arguments on February 9, 2016.
