Confirmed: Arbaaz Khan and Malaika Arora Khan are indeed separated

The most loved couple of Bollywood Malaika Arora Khan and Arbaaz Khan’s relationship went kaput earlier this year. But since the beauty moved out into a rented place with her son, Bollywood circles have been buzzing with speculations on their relationship status. So are they reconciling or divorcing is the question uppermost on everyone’s mind.

Finally, Arbaaz Khan has come clear on the matter. He said, “At this point of time we are not together, we are separated, and that’s about it.” This does sound bad as their fans expected the two to reconcile and their hopes were raised when Malaika wished her hubby on his birthday and posted their pic with a sweet message stating, “Happy bday Arbaaz…happiness always!”

The two had issued a joint statement about their separation earlier this year stating, “The truth is, we have taken a break, but that doesn’t mean people can presume, assume and speculate things of such malicious nature. We are taking out time to figure out our lives… Yes, it’s true that we are separated, but where our lives go and what transpires between us, it is for us to decide. Wherever it goes from here, we will talk about it when we are ready to.”

Does this confirmation from Arbaaz signify the end of a relationship that was looked upon by many. Or is there still hope?
