Confirmed Kangana Ranaut – Saif Ali Khan to team up for Sujoy Ghosh’s next!

There has been a casting coup by the ‘Kahani’ director Sujoy Ghosh, He has been able to do what many others tried but failed to achieve. Yes we are talking about the Saif Ali Khan and Kangana Ranaut jodi. The two will be seen in Sujoy Ghosh’s next film. The film is official cinematic adaptation of the Japanese novel, ‘The Devotion of Suspect X’.

The Nawab Saif plays a mathematics professor, who helps his neighbor (played by Kangana) who is accused of murdering her husband. No the two do not have any romantic interlude in the film. They join forces against a cop that will be played by Vidyut Jamwal, who is trying to catch them.

Saif and Kangana had been earlier been paired opposite each other in Reema Kagti’s love story. But due to financial issues Saif had opted out of the film. Kangana too later decided to opt out as the film was taking too long to start.

Apparently, the Queen actress was approached by Sujoy with the script. Impressed with the plot Kangs gave her nod. The film will go on floor from April this year.
