CONFIRMED: Ranveer Singh gets his Lady Simmba in Sara Ali Khan

This December, Ranveer Singh is going to entertain us with his cop act in the movie ‘Simmba’ which unites two bigwigs Rohit Shetty and Karan Johar as director-producer.

The poster of the movie had increased curiosity amongst everyone as Ranveer’s outrageous expressions caught attention instantly. However, nothing was finalised on the leading lady front. There were reports that Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh’s daughter Sara Ali Khan might be roped in as the leading lady of the film and indeed they are true.

Now, Dharma Movies, the production house has confirmed the same with a picture and tweet that says, “A stunning fresh face + the unlimited energy of a superstar + the craft of the 2 biggest filmmakers = BLOCKBUSTER already!? #Simmba @karanjohar @apoorvamehta18 @RanveerOfficial #SaraAliKhan #RohitShetty @RelianceEnt @RSPicturez”

Sara was to make her debut in Abhishek Kapoor’s ‘Kedarnath’ opposite Sushant Singh Rajput, but it seems like this could turn out to be her debut movie as it has a confirmed release date of December 28, 2018 while ‘Kedarnath’ is yet to finalise its release date.
