It’s Confirmed: Ranveer Singh is a part of Zoya Akhtar’s next

Contrary to what the rumours suggested, Ranveer Singh is very much a part of Zoya Akhtar’s next.

It was recently reported that Ranveer, who was said to be a part of Zoya’s next titled ‘Gully Boys’ is not anymore as the filmmaker herself denied the news. But a recent development states that that infact was false again. Zoya has herself confirmed that for her next film she has roped in Ranveer Singh.

Zoya revealed the same at IIFA in Madrid. The movie will apparently be a two hero flick and the hunt for the second lead is on. Sources on the other hand suggest that Alia Bhatt and Fawad Khan are being considered for the role.

“My film rolls next year. That is the plan,” Zoya further revealed.
