Out of Court Settlement for Preity – Ness Case

The Preity – Ness Case has taken a new twist of turn with reports floating around that the parties have started exploring the possibility of settling the case outside court. Zinta has filed a police complaint against Ness Wadia alleging that she was abused and threatened at an Indian Premier League cricket match on May 30.

As per sources, rumours are abounding that Preity and Ness are holding negotiations to end the row. The settlement will also include the sale of Preity’s 23% share in the Kings XI Punjab IPL team. “She is keen to sell her IPL stake and shift to the US after this very public row with Ness. She has bought herself property in Los Angeles, where she spends most of her time now-a-days. She is in India only during the IPL season.”

However, police have asked Zinta to appear before them and give her statement by weekend.
