COVID 19: Shraddha Kapoor is proud of bro Siddhanth Kapoor for donating plasma, urges people to follow suit

As India battles its worst fight against COVID 19 globally, celebrities are using their voice to amplify resources and spread the word. Among other things, the need to donate plasma to save lives has been paramount. Shraddha Kapoor joined the list of celebrities who have been urging people to donate plasma if they are eligible to do so. Shraddha Kapoor shared pictures of her brother Siddhanth Kapoor who donated plasma recently and urged everyone eligible “to do the same.” Shraddha Kapoor wrote, “My bro @siddhanthkapoor just donated plasma. Urge all those who are eligible to do the same please ??”

Details of who is eligible to donate plasma have been available online and shared by many actors including Bhumi Pednekar, Shraddha Kapoor, Siddhanth Kapoor, Debina Bonnerjee among others. Siddhanth Kapoor too shared pictures of himself donating plasma and wrote, “Donated Plasma today ! Please come ahead and donate it if you are eligible to ! Please please ! Thank you Dr Joyce and The Reliance Hospital also @aarnavvshirsat and @rahulrohra for always supporting this cause. Come forward and help as much ?????? it’s not painful at all !”

Among others Bhumi Pednekar, Sonu Sood has been actively helping find resources. Bhumi even shared a video revealing who and who cannot donate plasma. She wrote, “INDIA we need you to come forward and donate plasma NOW ?” Twinkle Khanna and Akshay Kumar too stepped up to provide financial aid to those in need and even helped with oxygen cylinders in times of need. Sushmita Sen too helped with oxygen cylinders need in Delhi. Not just celebrities, the common man has been stepping up and putting themselves out to help families and friends affected with COVID 19 in these crucial times.
