Every year, we get to see numerous award shows in Bollywood. While audiences do trust the National Film Awards to be unbiased, there are many other award shows which are said to be favouring celebrities who attend the show. Many actors have time and again spoken about the same. However, the latest Critics Film Choice Awards are said to be an unbiased platform where only talented stars end up going home with the coveted award. It’s great to see Vineet Kumar Singh walk away with the best actor award. His performance in ‘Mukkabaaz’ was beyond outstanding. The way he sculpted his physique and made sure that he looked like a boxer was superb. At the same time, Alia Bhatt’s fantastic portrayal in ‘Raazi’ didn’t have an equal in the whole year. She was fantastic without a doubt. Also, it’s nice to see Sriram Raghavan finally getting some credit for his stellar murder mystery thriller, ‘Andhadhun’.
