Here are ‘cuts’ that the Censor Board wants in ‘Udta Punjab’

From Anurag Kashyap calling Censor Board’s CEO Pahlaj Nihalani a dictator to Pahlaj lashing back on him by accusing him of having taken a bribe from the Arvind Kejriwal led Aam Aadmi Party to show Punjab in bad light, the tiff between the ‘Udta Punjab’ makers and the Censor Board keeps getting worse.

Out of the 89 ‘cuts’ that the CBFC (Central Board of Film Certification) has asked the makers of the movie to make in the movie, here we bring to you a list of a few of them, some of which might actually shock you.

Whatever the case, the movie is said to be portraying an extremely strong message and we cannot wait for it get out of all the trouble.

The Shahid Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Diljit Dosanjh starrer film delves into how the youth in Punjab have succumbed to drugs. The movie, as of now, hits the theatres on the 17th of June.
