xXx director D.J. Caruso confirms Deepika Padukone is part of it’s sequel

Bollywood’s leggy beauty Deepika Padukone marked her Holywood debut with filmmaker D.J. Caruso’s  ‘xXx: Return of Xander Cage’, in which she starred opposite celebrated actor-producer Vin Diesel.

Ever since the release of the film last year, Deepika’s fans and followers back home have been eager to know whether she will be a part of the film’s sequel or not. Much to everyone’s surprise, the film’s director D.J Caruso confirmed that Deepika is indeed going to be a part of ‘xXx: Return of Xander Cage‘s sequel.

The director welcomed the new member Roy Wang on board for the film’s fourth instalment. He took to Twitter and wrote, “Welcome to the family#RoyWang!”

Commenting on this post, a fan asked the director, “What about @deepikapadukone . will she be the part of the film?” And DJ replied, “Yes!”

Back in Bollywood, post ‘Padmavaat’, the leggy beauty was supposed to star in Vishal Bhardwaj’s ‘Sapna Didi’ alongside Irrfan Khan. However, owing to Irrfan’s cancer treatment, the project has been put on hold.

So guys, get ready to witness Deepika set the silver screen ablaze all over again with her appearance in this much talked about fourth instalment of Vin Diesel’s xXx film franchise.
