Deepika Padukone auditions for Tom Cruise starrer, ‘The Mummy’?

Deepika Padukone is already busy with the last schedule of her Hollywood debut project, ‘XXX: The Return of Xander Cage’, the shooting of which will get over by mid May. The actress has been shooting for the same in Canada since a past few months. However, Deepika is in no mood to return to Bollywood as of now.

Remember the time, Deepika visited LA, where her pictures of dinning with Tennis star Novak Djokovic were leaked all over the internet? Well, according to a report on Pinkvilla, the dinner date was not the only reason for her to visit the city. Apparently, Deepika was in LA to audition for a role in the Tom Cruise starrer ‘The Mummy’.

Even though nothing is confirmed as yet, but if selected, this will be a huge step in Deepika’s professional life.
