It’s confirmed! Deepika Padukone will be seen in a special appearance in the Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan directed by Atlee.

Shah Rukh Khan unveiled the Jawan Prevue on Monday. The Atlee directorial is packed with action, drama, and entertainment. Shah Rukh Khan sports different looks in Jawan. King Khan’s bald look is the highlight of the Jawan Prevue. Apart from King Khan, we get glimpses of Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Priyamani and Sanya Malhotra. The two-minute long video also gives us a glimpse of Deepika Padukone. With this, Deepika’s cameo is confirmed in Shah Rukh Khan starrer.

Deepika has been rumoured to be a part of the film for quite some time. Well, now that the video is out it is confirmed that Deepika has a special appearance. The actress is seen doing an action scene in a red saree under the rain. It’s just a glimpse but we’re already sure that she has killed it.

Deepika and SRK have worked together in movies like Om Shanti, Chennai Express, and Happy New Year. They were last seen together in Siddharth Anand’s Pathaan. Pathaan was a massive hit at the box office. With Deepika’s cameo in Jawan, we can’t wait to see them onscreen together once again.

Jawan is directed by Atlee and produced by Gauri Khan. The action-packed movie is slated to release on 7^th September, 2023, in Hindi, Telugu and Tamil.

On the other hand, Deepika has interesting projects in the pipeline. The actress will be seen in Nag Ashwin directorial Project K which also Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, and Disha Patani. Project K will release on 12^th January, 2024.

That’s not all, Deepika also has Fighter with Hrithik Roshan and Anil Kapoor. The actress’ fans are excited to see her opposite Hrithik for the first time. Fighter is slated to release on 25^th January, 2024.
