Deepika Padukone can’t stop gushing over Ranveer Singh’s look at Berlinale 2019

You might not like Ranveer Singh’s quirky dressing style, but his beautiful wife Deepika Padukone seems to be fond of his outfit. Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt and Zoya Akhtar are currently in Berlin, and pictures of them are doing the rounds on social media. In one of the pictures, Ranveer donned a blue fur jacket, which is customised by Manish Arora. Ranveer’s picture evoked netizens to compare his latest outfit to the cartoon character Sullivan from Monsters Inc.

However, people’s reactions do not seem to affect the love of his life, Deepika Padukone. Commenting on his post on Instagram, Deepika wrote: “One of my most favourite looks” and dropped the heart-eyed emojis.

Talking about Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt’s upcoming film, the film has been premiered at Berlin International Film Festival on February 9. and it has been getting rave reviews globally.

Famous film critic Rajeev Masand (after watching ‘Gully Boy’) wrote, “It has many layers, it’s coming of age, about understanding one’s expressions which in this case is through poetry and rap. It’s a beautiful love story and at some level, it’s a love letter to Mumbai. What powers these different narratives are essentially two things – the extraordinary performance from Ranveer Singh and the music and lyrics which has as much feeling as the story and performance.”

On the professional front, besides ‘Gully Boy’, Ranveer Singh has several projects lined up and has already started training for his upcoming film ’83. He also has been roped in for Karan Johar’s multi-starrer ‘Takht’.  Deepika Padukone, on the other hand, will soon begin shooting for her upcoming film with Vikrant Massey, ‘Chhapaak’. It’s a film based on the real life story of acid attack survivor Laxmi.
