Earlier, NCB had raided Karishma’s house and allegedly found 1.7gm of hashish and two bottles of CBD oil at her Versova home. Karishma then applied for an anticipatory bail in Special Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) court fearing her arrest.
But her anticipatory bail plea was adjourned by the court to November 10. As per a report by New Indian Express, the court has given Karishma interim relief and it has also stated that there will be no “coercive” action taken against her for now. She also cannot be arrested by the NCB. But, special public prosecutor Atul Sarpande said that she will have to co-operate with the NCB in the investigation.
Karishma was earlier also interrogated by the NCB along with Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor and Rakul Preet Singh.
