Deepika Padukone is a perfect bridesmaid in these pics from Sri Lanka

Newlywed Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone have been giving us some major couple goals ever since they tied the knot. The couple, who dated for six years before tying the knot, had attended a friend’s wedding in Sri Lanka earlier this month. Pictures from the beach wedding was shared by celebrity designer Sabyasachi on his Instagram handle.

In the pictures, we can see Deepika Padukone playing a perfect bridesmaid to her friend Srila Rao. In some pictures, she is seen helping her friends out with a saree or fastening her earrings or just listening to her.

Dressed in an ethereal embroidered white saree with an embellished backless blouse, Deepika looked ravishing as a bridesmaid at the wedding. She accessorised her look with a  sleek crown-bun, hot-red lips, minimal make-up and kohled eyes. She added some pearl-drop earrings and a bracelet to complete her look.

Ranveer and Deepika had tied the knot at Lake Como in Italy in a very private ceremony that was attended by family and close friends. The couple had thrown receptions in Bengaluru and Mumbai for their family, friends and also the Bollywood fraternity.

On the work front, Ranveer’s latest release ‘Simmba’ is ruling the box office. The Rohit Shetty directorial also features Sara Ali Khan and  has been declared a major hit.  He is at present busy with the shoot of ’83’ – a film on Indian cricket teams winning the World Cup. He is also  gearing for the release of ‘Gully Boy’ co-starring Alia Bhatt.
