Deepika Padukone to join Ranveer Singh for Rohit Shetty’s Cirkus?

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are one of the most loved couples in Bollywood. They have impressed the audience with their performances in movies like Ram Leela, Bajirao Mastani and Padmaavat. But, after their wedding in 2019, the couple is yet to be seen in a movie together. Ranveer is currently filming for Rohit Shetty’s Cirkus and there are reports that Deepika will be joining team Cirkus as well.

If the latest reports are to be believed, Deepika will have a special dance number in the movie as well as she will be part of some scenes too. It is also said that Deepika’s scenes are sure to spark a laughter riot.

According to a report by Bollywood Hungama, a source revealed, “Cirkus has just got bigger with the presence of Deepika Padukone. She has a special dance number in the film alongside some conversational scenes. Her sequences are sure to bring the house down with laughter.”

Meanwhile, Deepika and Ranveer will also be seen in 83. Ranveer will play the character of Kapil Dev and Deepika will be seen as his wife Romi Bhatia. 83 is based on the 1983 World Cup Victory of the Indian Cricket Team. Talking about Cirkus, apart from Ranveer the movie will also star Pooja Hegde, Varun Sharma and Jacqueline Fernandez. Cirkus is based on The Comedy of Errors, which inspired the Gulzar cult comedy, Angoor. The movie is also set in the 1960s’. Apart from that Deepika will also be seen in Pathan that stars Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham.
