Actor Deepika Padukone who was slaying the red carpet of the Cannes International Film Festival of 2022 has now returned to Mumbai. The actor was spotted at the airport today and it seems like she is still in the Cannes hangover as she gets to see her making a stylish statement. Making the airport her personal fashion runway, Deepika walked with utmost grace in a parrot green pantsuit that she teamed with a white tank top and white sneakers. Keeping her hair down and sporting black sunnies, Deepika’s cool and casual look is impressive. As she walked towards her car, Deepika even obliged the paps with photos and videos by flashing her million-dollar smile.
Some time back, Deepika shared a hilarious reel after wrapping her Cannes schedule, she wrote, “And that’s a wrap! Thank you @festivaldecannes for all your love and generosity! Until we meet again…”
Talking about her Cannes appearance, Deepika mostly dazzled in the Louis Vuitton collection as she is the brand ambassador of the designer. However, what completely impressed netizens was that she picked Indian designers for her red carpet appearances. On an opening day Cannes Film festival, Padukone wore a sequin black and gold striped saree from Sabyasachi. Interestingly, on the closing day of Cannes, she wore a stunning off-white ruffle saree from Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla along with a statement pearl collar.

The Gehraiyaan actor attended Cannes 2022 as a jury member. Talking about the same, the Padmaavat actor told Variety, “It makes me sit back and think sometimes maybe I’ve not given myself enough credit. And that’s okay too, because, I don’t want to be feeling like, like this huge achievement or whatever. If I’ve landed here today, without even realizing it, I must be doing something right. And therefore, I don’t want to think too much about what led me to come here.”
