Deepika Padukone looks no less than a princess in white dress, fan calls her, ‘Modern Barbie’

Deepika Padukone received the award for world icon at the ELLE Beauty Awards 2022 on Thursday, November 24. The actress appeared like a diva on the red carpet in a stunning white gown. Giambattista Valli’s Fall 2022 Haute Couture dress that Deepika wore gave a unique spin to a typical tulle white gown.

It was styled with a white cotton shirt with folded sleeves and a plunging neckline. Along with the dress, the actor wore a black belt.

Deepika Padukone chose diamond danglers and several diamond rings as her accessories. The actor gave her short hair a fresh look by adding two fishtail braids to the rest of her ensemble.

The Piku actress pulled off the look with minimal makeup. The actor had nude smokey eyeshadow, nude lip color, black eyeliner, black kohl, mascara-coated lashes, drawn eyebrows, and contoured cheeks.

The diva’s comment section is overflowing with messages from fans who adore and laud her. “An iconic stunning human, Love your soul” a fan wrote. Another fan wrote, “When Hardy Sandhu said Oh Cinderella Tere Utte Aaya’ he was referring to you.” One fan also wrote “Modern Barbie.”

Deepika Padukone and actor Kartik Aaryan posed for photos together on the red carpet. The actors conversed and gave heartfelt smiles to the camera in this brief clip.

On the work front, in the Dilwale actress upcoming movie Pathaan, which will be released on January 25, Deepika will appear alongside Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham. The movie will have its world premiere in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu theaters. It is produced by Yash Raj Films and directed by Siddharth Anand. Her appearance in The Project K, starring Prabhas and Disha Patani, will also be seen. Nag Ashwin directs the film.

The Gehraiyaan actor will also be seen with Amitabh Bachchan as her co-star in the American comedy The Intern. Alongside Hrithik Roshan and Anil Kapoor, she will also appear in the upcoming Siddharth Anand film Fighter.
