Deepika Padukone offers prayers at Golden Temple

Actress Deepika Padukone who is ruling the roost in Bollywood with back to back hits, visited the Golden Temple to seek blessings from the divine. The diva looked gorgeous in her simplicity. She was  dressed in a white salwar suit with a golden border.

As per sources, Deepika offered her prayers inside the Temple, and also donated Rs. 1000, said ADCP Punjab police Parampal Singh who accompanied her inside the temple.

The ‘Ram Leela’ star spent more than an hour in the temple premise. Deepika Padukone was quiet overcome with emotion and shared the feelings with Parampal Singh while leaving the temple premises. “I don’t want to leave this place and it seems the almighty is around me.”

The actress later headed to her hotel near the airport to take off for Mumbai.
