Deepika Padukone opens up on her Hollywood plans

Deepika Padukone made her Hollywood debut with the film ‘xXx: Return Of Xander Cage’ this year. There have been a lot of reports about her second Hollywood flick. It was said that she is taking help of her co-star, Vin Diesel, to choose her next movie in the West. However, recently at an event the actress clarified that there’s nothing happening in Hollywood for now.

When she was asked about her movies in the West, Deepika stated, “No nothing happening in Hollywood as yet. Would let you know for sure but yes, a lot of films coming on way and I’m happy.”

In Bollywood, Deepika will next be seen in the titular role in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Padmavati’. Though the shooting of the film has been facing a lot of issues, makers are sure that the film will release as per the schedule on November 17, 2017. (Also Read: Wow! ‘Padmavati’ also stars Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor. While the former will be seen as Sultan Aladdin Khilji, the latter plays the role of Raja Rawal Ratan Singh.
