JUST IN: Deepika Padukone & Ranveer Singh blessed with a baby girl

Happy bells are ringing in the Singh and Padukone houses today as Deepika Padukone has given birth to her and Ranveer Singh’s first child. As per reports pouring in, the ‘Ram-Leela’ stars have been blessed with a baby girl born earlier today, Sunday, September 8.

While recent media reports claimed Deepika Padukone was likely to give birth to her and Ranveer Singh’s first child at the end of the month, the ‘IT couple’ of Bollywood were captured arriving at Mumbai’s HN Reliance hospital last evening. While the new parents travelled to the hospital in a luxury car, the ‘Don’ actor’s mother and sister followed closely later.

Ahead of their baby’s birth, the then-parents-to-be visited Mount Mary Church in Bandra and Siddhivinayak temple in Prabhadevi on Friday. While pictures of the couple visiting the church aren’t available, the duo captured hearts with the ensembles they wore to the temple. While visiting Lord Ganesha’s temple, the actress opted for a stunning Banarasi green saree that helped flaunt her cute baby bump better and Ranveer wore an off-white kurta and pyjama.
