Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh Wedding Day 2: Live Updates

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh finally got married on November 14 (yesterday) according to South Indian Konkani style. The lovebirds tied the knot at Italy’s picturesque Lake Como in presence of family and close friends. Today, DeepVeer will get married according to Sindhi customs. The duo will be following Anand Karaj ceremony.

The wedding certainly lived up to its billing and was a spectacular affair. Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s love story has been nothing short of a fairytale and the first day was packed with emotions and happiness. Now, after today’s ceremony, DeepVeer will throw a lavish reception in Bengaluru and Mumbai in the coming days.

21:20: So, the wedding of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh is done and dusted. The grand affair lasted for two days and the rituals happened in both South (Konkani) and North (Anand Karaj) Indian style. Now, DeepVeer will throw a lavish reception in Bengaluru and Mumbai.

20:10: Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! The wait is finally over! First Official Picture: Meet the couple of the hour Mr and Mrs Ranveer Singh. Deepika and Ranveer are looking drop dead gorgeous and we can clearly see the love and happiness on their faces. The two-day grand wedding festivities finally concluded today amid all the emotions.

19:10: Not one, Deepika and Ranveer to share two pictures from both the weddings on social media.

18:40: Now, Filter coffee was served as welcome drink at wedding. Authentic South Indian cuisine was served in the menu with chef flown down. Filter coffee is Deepika’s favourite. Coffee was flown from Bangalore especially for the wedding. There will be four receptions on November 21, 24, 28 and December 1.

18:15: PinkVilla has reported that, Deepika and Ranveer’s official wedding photo to be out by 6:30 pm-7:00 pm Indian Standard Time. The wedding venue was decorated with the red roses.

17:45: According to Bollywood Life, The rituals are over and the baraatis have left the venue.

16:30: As per Hindustan Times, DeepVeer’s wedding in Sindhi customs and rituals is underway.

15:00: According to a PinkVilla report,  the baraat reached the venue, Villa Del Balbianello at 8:30 Am as per Italy time and the ceremony is happening now. Today, the wedding will be happening as per Anand Karaj ceremony.

11:00: We all are waiting for the pictures from DeepVeer’s wedding, aren’t we? Now, the good news is couple will be sharing their pics today at 6 pm. Ranveer and Deepika will share their pictures today after their Anand Karaj ceremony.

The couple has tried to maintain privacy amid media glare and chatter. Its good that DeepVeer wants to share their happiness with their fans.

A source close to the development told Mid-Day, “Both Deepika and Ranveer were certain that they wanted to share their joy with their fans who have been showering them with good wishes. Vishal Punjabi from The Wedding Filmer is the official photographer for the functions. It was decided early on during their discussion with him that the pictures will be released right after the North Indian style wedding was wrapped up.”

8:30: After the wedding of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, we finally got to see the first pic of the newlywed couple. . Rocking a white sherwani, Ranveer looks nothing less than a prince in this picture.
