Bollywood couple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are all set to move into a new house after the birth of their first child. Reportedly, they are going to be the neighbours of Shah Rukh Khan as they are moving to a luxurious sea-facing four-storey house in Bandra Bandstand. According to a report in Money Control, they have purchased a quadruplex on Bandra Bandstand worth Rs 100 crore.

The new house of Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone is next to Shah Rukh Khan’s residence Mannat. They span an impressive 11,266 square feet of interior space with an additional 1,300 square feet of terrace area. The home occupies the 16th to 19th floors of the building. The property is valued at over ₹100 crore and is a significant addition to their real estate portfolio. This comes after their 2021 purchase of a ₹22 crore bungalow in Alibaug.

In February this year, the two announced their first pregnancy while also revealing September as their due date. Soon-to-be mother has been spotted on several public outings, flaunting her baby bump with utmost panache. The two got married in November 2018 and now, they are all set to embrace parenthood soon.

Singh has some interesting lineups in the coming years. He will be next seen in Don 3, Simmba 2, Singham Again and an untitled next with Robot director Shankar. Moreover, he recently announced a collaboration with Aditya Dhar. On the other hand, Deepika has the second part of Kalki 2898 AD and Singham Again.
