Deepika Padukone has an adorable reply to Alia Bhatt’s lovely birthday wish

Deepika Padukone celebrated her 33rd birthday yesterday (January 5). The glamorous diva is going through a purple patch and is having a gala of a time. Deepika Padukone’s marriage with Ranveer Singh was one the highlights of 2018. To ring in her birthday Deepika flew off with hubby Ranveer to some undisclosed place.

Yesterday, on her birthday Deepika was showered with wishes from all over the world. Now, Alia Bhatt too had a special message for Deepika and wished her in a unique way. The ‘Kalank’ actress took to her Instagram story to share a picture with Deepika Padukone from the sets of Karan Johar’s ‘Koffee with Karan 6’. Alia wished Deepika by writing, “Happy Birthday Beautiful” and placed the crown emoji on Deepika’s head.

Now, Deepika replied to Alia Bhatt by sharing the same picture on her Instagram story. Deepika wrote, “Thank you my love!” on Alia’s post. Such a sweet gesture, isn’t it?

This really warmed our hearts.

Alia and Deepika had recently appeared together on ‘Koffee with Karan 6’ and were quite chilled out. In the episode, there was no animosity or friction. Incidentally, Alia is currently dating Deepika’s ex i.e. Ranbir Kapoor.

On the work front, Deepika Padukone will be next seen in Meghna Gulzar’s ‘Chhapaak’. The film is based on the true story of acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal. ‘Chhapaak’ also stars Vikrant Massey in the lead role.

And to make matters more interesting, Alia will be next seen in Zoya Akhtar’s ‘Gully Boy’. The said film features Deepika’s husband Ranveer Singh. ‘Gully Boy’ is slated to release on February 14, 2019.
