Actor Deepika Padukone who is currently shooting for her upcoming film, Project K, has been rushed to hospital in Hyderabad after she complained of feeling uneasy. According to a report in India today, Deepika was rushed to hospital as her heart rate increased. The report further mentioned that Deepika Padukone was hospitalised as her heartbeat was going erratic followed by restlessness.

A source informed the same portal, “Deepika was rushed to a hospital after she experienced uneasiness. She felt her heartbeat going erratic followed by restlessness. After being treated, she is now back on the sets of Project K and is recovering.” However, there is no official confirmation from Deepika’s team on her health so far, it is said that she is stable and is doing fine. A statement on her health is expected soon.

Deepika Padukone is shooting for Nag Ashwin directorial venture Project K which also stars Prabhas and Amitabh Bachchan. Speaking about the movie, director Nag Ashwin had earlier shared in a statement, “I’m very excited to see Deepika play this character. It is something no mainstream lead has done before and will be quite a surprise for everyone. The pairing of Deepika and Prabhas will be one of the main highlights of the film and the story between them, I believe will be something audiences will carry in their hearts for years to come.”

On the work front, Deepika was last seen in 83 with her husband Ranveer Singh who played Kapil Dev. She played his on-screen wife Romi Bhatia. The diva will be seen in Fighter with Hrithik Roshan, Pathaan with Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham. Reportedly, she will resume shooting for Siddharth Anand’s film after this trip of her. She also has Nag Ashwin’s Project K with Prabhas and the official Hindi remake of The Intern with Amitabh Bachchan.
