Deepika Padukone signs The White Lotus season 3? Actress’ reaction to the casting rumours is unmissable

Deepika Padukone is one of the most talented actresses in the industry. It was recently reported that she has been approached to play a part in ‘The White Lotus’ season 3. For the uninitiated, The White Lotus is an Emmy-nominated series that has featured celebs like Jennifer Coolidge and Theo James. While Deepika has not confirmed anything yet, her reaction to Siddharth Anand teasing her about the project has gone viral.

During a promotional event, Deepika was asked about her next projects. The filmmaker quipped, “Lotus 3… where’s now space? Lotus 3 is coming.” Deepika laughed at his answer before adding, “If Siddharth Anand makes Fighter 2…” He replied, “Kaise karenge? Abhi Fighter 2 band kara di aapne, Lotus 3 kar rahi hain, pata nahi kya kya kar rahin hai… White Lotus 3.” Deepika continued to laugh.

Well, it looks like, the rumours are true.

For the uninitiated, the rumours started after Deepika’s mother-in-law, Anju Bhavnani, apparently liked three social media posts about Deepika’s appearance in the show.

On the other hand, Deepika and Hrithik Roshan starrer Fighter released in the theatres on 25^th January. The actress will be next seen in Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again. Deepika also has Kalki 2898 AD with Prabhas and Amitabh Bachchan.
