Deepika Padukone to attend the Met Gala this year?

Deepika Padukone is one of the most talented actresses in Bollywood and she has quite the fan following internationally as well. From her debut with Om Shanti Om to starring in the Hollywood film XXX with Vin Diesel, Deepika has had quite the trajectory. If the latest buzz is anything to go by, then Deepika Padukone will be attending the Met Gala this year.

The Met Gala is all set to happen on Monday, May 2, in New York City. As per the latest buzz, the popular Instagram account called Diet Sabya, has revealed that Deepika will be attending the Met Gala this year with Louis Vuitton, “LV is set to announce her as their global brand ambassador in April end for which she shot in Spain after attending Time 100 impact award in Dubai.”

But an official announcement from the actress is yet awaited. Deepika has always put her best foot forward with her glam looks at the Met Gala. The gala event was cancelled last year due to the pandemic. Deepika made her debut at the Met Gala in 2017.

Meanwhile, talking about the theme of Met Gala 2022, the exhibit will be dubbed “In America: An Anthology of Fashion,” which is the second of the two-part series from the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Talking about Deepika, she will be seen next in Pathaan with Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham. She also has The Intern which was to star Rishi Kapoor but will now star legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan, Padukone also has Fighter with Hrithik Roshan and Project K in which she will be seen with Prabhas.
