Deepika Padukone to make a cameo in Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan?

Deepika Padukone is one of the most loved actresses in Bollywood. The actress has interesting projects in the pipeline –Pathaan, Project K, and The Intern. Now, according to Pinkvilla, Deepika will be making a special appearance in Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan. Jawan also stars Nayanthara, Sanya Malhotra, Rana Daggubati and Sunil Grover.

Pinkvilla quoted a source saying, “Deepika has been in talks with SRK and Atlee for a while now and she is poised to make a short yet important appearance in the film. She has agreed in principle though the paperwork still remains.”

The report further revealed that SRK was recently in Hyderabad and he met Deepika who was shooting for her film Project K with Amitabh Bachchan. The source added, “Deepika was shooting for her ambitious film, Project K in Hyderabad. Shah Rukh Khan and Atlee met the actress and even discussed the dynamics of her character as also the shoot dares. Everything should be on paper in a fortnight.”

Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone have worked together in many films. The actors will be seen together in the upcoming film Pathaan and fans are excited for it.

Shah Rukh Khan announced Jawan earlier this month. The actor had shared an announcement video on Instagram along with the caption, “An action-packed 2023!! Bringing #Jawan to you, an explosive entertainer in cinemas 2^nd June 2023. In Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada.” Later, SRK treated fans to the first poster and increased fans’ excitement.

Apart from Jawan, Shah Rukh Khan also has Dunki in his kitty. The film which also stars Taapsee Pannu will be released in December next year.
