Deepika Padukone to star in Farah Khan’s next?

Deepika Padukone, who made a scintillating debut in Bollywood with Farah Khan’s ‘Om Shanti Om’, may reunite with her for her next. Yes, you’ve heard it right. After ‘Chhapaak’, DP might star in Farah Khan’s comeback film which will be an action comedy.

According to a report in BollywoodLife, Deepika and Farah will be joining hands after a gap of five years. Their last film together was ‘Happy New Year’. It is to be noted that they both share a lot of love for each other. Earlier, in an interview, Deepika had said that Farah feels protective about her like a proud parent. “Both Farah and Shah Rukh feel protective (about me) like proud parents. I can see now Farah is letting me be on my own. In the Dubai schedule, she told me I really had to teach you everything, but now I don’t have to tell you anything. You manage on your own,” she was quoted as saying by PTI.

In an interview with Grazia, Farah spoke up about Deepika and said, “Deep down, she’s actually really hyper-emotional. Just yesterday, she sent me a long message of love saying that she was on set with Vin Diesal, and none of this would’ve happened if it weren’t for me.”
