Deepika Padukone visits Tirupati before the release of ‘Padmavati’

Just a couple of days ago, Deepika Padukone and Farah Khan were spotted together at the airport. While we thought that they bumped into each other accidentally, it is now clear that the two were travelling together to visit Tirupati.

The release of Deepika’s ‘Padmavati’ is just a couple of weeks away, and the actress along with her family, Farah and Dinesh Vijan went to Tirupati to seek blessings. A picture of her with Farah Khan and a video of their visit have been shared by a fan club on Instagram.

Talking about ‘Padmavati’, the film has been facing a lot of controversies; we are sure Deepika might have prayed that the film gets a clear release and becomes successful at the box office.

Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, ‘Padmavati’ also stars Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor. While the former plays the role of Sultan Alauddin Khilji, the latter will be seen as Maharawal Ratan Singh in the movie. The film is slated to hit the screens on December 1, 2017.
