Deepika Padukone visits Tirupati temple with family to mark father Prakash Padukone’s birthday, view pics

Actress Deepika Padukone’s father-former badminton champion Prakash Padukone turned a year older on June 10. On his 67th birthday, the actress along with her family visited Lord Venkateswara Temple in Tirupati on Friday. The father-daughter duo was spotted in the temple premises. It is a family ritual that the Padukones have followed for years.

Deepika donned an embroidered light pink suit with a matching mask. She tied her hair in a bun. Prakash Padukone was in a traditional outfit. Both she and her father wore the maroon silk shawls with golden border that they received from the temple. Her sister Anisha and mother Ujjala Padukone were also with them and they were also in traditionals.

Deepika Padukone has always been with her family whenever they needed her. The Bajirao Mastani actress has been with her family in most special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

She recently returned from 75th Cannes Film Festival 2022, where she was the jury-member and also turned heads with her sartorial choices.

On the work front, Deepika was last seen in 83 with her husband Ranveer Singh who played Kapil Dev. She played his on-screen wife Romi Bhatia. The diva will be seen in Fighter with Hrithik Roshan, Pathaan with Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham. Reportedly, she will resume shooting for Siddharth Anand’s film after this trip of her. She also has Nag Ashwin’s Project K with Prabhas and the official Hindi remake of The Intern with Amitabh Bachchan.
