Is Deepika Padukone’s loss Sonam Kapoor’s gain?

The Fashionista of Bollywood Sonam Kapoor, might soon be romanced by the Dabangg of Bollywood in Sooraj Barjatya’s next. It was earlier said that the leggy lass Deepika Padukone was offered Sooraj Barjatya’s upcoming venture with Salman Khan, but now seems like Deepika’s loss might be Sonam’s gain.

According to sources, Deepika Padukone who was earlier offered the role opposite Salman Khan in Sooraj Barjatya’s next has apparently opted out because the dates clashed with those that she has allotted to Imtiaz Ali for her film with Ranbir Kapoor. And now the next likely choice seems to be Sonam Kapoor.

No confirmation yet from Sonam Kapoor or Sooraj Barjatya but it would be interesting to see the ‘Sawaariya’ couple once again on big screen, as Salman Khan had played Sonam’s love interest in her debut film.
