The insurance policy will cover the loss or damage to the insured property due to fire, theft, explosion, aircraft damage, earthquake, water damage, burglary, hold-up, robbery and natural calamities like flood, storm, and typhoon.
The deputy general manager of OIC (Mumbai), Anil Srivastava said, “The policy was not a full-fledged wedding insurance policy as it covered only the jewellery items being used for the wedding ceremony. Its real value can be assessed at the time of claim only.”
The Mehendi and Sangeet ceremonies are today and the two weddings will take place (one is South Indian style and the other, Sindhi style) on 14 and 15 November. To get more updates on DeepVeer’s wedding, keep reading our space.
