1. Got down on one knee

Just before getting engaged to Deepika, Ranveer got down on one knee (full filmy style) and asked for Deepika’s approval. How sweet is that?

2. Applied mehendi

During the mehendi ceremony, along with Deepika, even Ranveer got a DeepVeer mehendi done (according to a PinkVilla report) on his hand. Well, we wish all husbands in the world were like him.

3. Played dhol

Ranveer’s energy is too much and it came as no surprise to us that he took control of a dhol and played it with aplomb. Surely, the guests must have been thoroughly entertained.

4. Performed to his songs

Among other songs, Ranveer danced to ‘Tune Maari Entriyaan’ at the engagement ceremony. It’s a rocking song from the movie ‘Gunday’.

5. Made sure that there were no phones so as to maintain the privacy of the function

If there were mobile cameras, we would be seeing a lot of photos and videos by now. By disallowing phones, Ranveer was partly responsible for maintaining the privacy of the function.
