DeepVeer wedding: Ranveer’s dance numbers during the baraat procession and his welcome by the Padukone family were out of this world

Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are now man and wife, officially! The ‘Bajirao Mastani’ duo blessed their union with a South Indian and North Indian wedding. The Ranveer-Deepika marriage looked like a typical Bollywood marriage and that’s what you can expect from this starry affair.

Ranveer Singh, like any other groom, arrived with a baraat procession. Ranveer Singh is known to be an over the top character and he certainly didn’t disappoint any of his fans.  Ranveer Singh’s Baraat danced to the tunes of Govinda along with Punjabi tunes. Deepika Padukone’s family gave a traditional Sikh welcome to Ranveer Singh’s Baraat.

The couple’s wedding festivities were quite intimate and personal. The families from both the sides also whole heartedly took part in the celebrations and it was truly North meeting South.

Now, after returning to India, Ranveer and Deepika will embark on a short honeymoon trip. The actor also has ‘Simmba’ lined up and Deepika will also start working on a new project. The couple will also throw lavish reception parties in Bengaluru and Mumbai in the coming days.
