Salman Khan and director Kabir Khan had teamed up for ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ and the result was a massive blockbuster. Now, we are gearing up for yet another blockbuster from the same team. Salman and Kabir have collaborate for a film called ‘Tubelight’ and details of the same have just been revealed by the source.
As per the source, “The film is based at the backdrop of the Sino-Indian war of 1962, where a disputed Himalayan border served as the main pretext for the war. It isn’t a political saga. It’s more a human drama.” Salman’s brother Sohail Khan, who had been missing from the silver screen too will make a comeback with ‘Tubelight’. Talking about Salman and Sohail’s characters in the film, a source was quoed saying, “Sohail and Salman play brothers in the film, but Sohail is not playing a mute guy at all. As for the heroine, her role isn’t that meaty, but there will be a leading lady in the film whose role will be impactful.”
When asked whether the actress has been finalised for the role, the source said “Kabir is in talks with someone and mostly it will work out. It’s an offbeat casting, something that people won’t predict. They will announce the heroine much later because the first schedule won’t require her anyway.”
Okay then!
