Dhanush wins the paternity case as Madras HC dismisses suit filed against him

Out of nowhere a couple appeared and claimed that ‘Raanjhanaa’ actor Dhanush is their son. They filed a complaint claiming that they were the biological parents of the actor and then the matter reached the court. For long, this couple tried to prove that he is their son by presenting facts, but all this while, Dhanush maintained one single stand, that is he not related to the couple in any way. Finally, the verdict on this has been pronounced.

Dhanush has won the case and the Madras High Court has dismissed the paternity suit filed by the couple. The couple, who were the residents of Melur, had claimed in their appeal that Dhanush is their son and hence, he has to give them monthly maintenance of Rs 65000. Later the actor moved to Madurai court and stated that all their claims are falls. He argued in the court that the couple is not even remotely connected to him and stated that someone was trying to lure money from him with the help of the couple.

A birthmark verification test was carried out too, but it couldn’t establish anything. The couple demanded a DNA test, but the actor refused to undergo the test. (Also Read: Dhanush paternity case: No birthmarks found on actor’s body)
