Dharmendra is the happiest father as Sunny Deol starrer Gadar 2 emerges as a ‘blockbuster’

Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel starrer Gadar 2 released on 11^th August. The Anil Sharma directorial is winning hearts and how! Since its release, Sunny Deol starrer has been receiving love. On Monday, Dharmendra shared a post celebrating the success of Gadar 2. The veteran actor can be seen posing with a big smile on his face in front of flowers and Gadar 2’s LED letter lights.

Dharmendra shared the pic and wrote in the caption, “Friends, love you all for your loving response to Gadar 2. His blessings and your good wishes made it a blockbuster.”

Reacting to the post, a fan dropped a comment saying, “LEGEND is back.” Another fan commented, “#Gadar2AllTimeBlockbuster.” “Love you Deol’s,” wrote a fan. Another fan commented, “Bahut Bahut Vadhiyan. Waheguru ji mehar banai rakhan… Dharam sir.”

On Sunday, Dharmendra had shared a video from Esha Deol-arranged screening of Gadar 2. The video showed Sunny, Bobby and Esha posing together. He wrote on Twitter, “Friends love you all for making Gadar 2 a big success… Togetherness a great blessing.”

Sunny Deol returns as Tara Singh whereas Ameesha is back as Sakina in Gadar 2. Gadar 2 is directed by Anil Sharma who also helmed the first part. The sequel clashed with Akshay Kumar and Pankaj Tripathi starrer OMG 2 at the box office.

On the other hand, Dharmendra is enjoying the success of his latest film Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. The Karan Johar directorial was released on 28^th July. It also starred Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Jaya Bachchan, Tota Roy Chowdhury, Churni Ganguly, Anjali Anand, Kshitee Jog and Shabana Azmi. Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’s worldwide box office collection stands at Rs 264.7 crores.
