Dharmendra mourns Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, says, “Show business is very cruel”

Sushant Singh Rajput has left the Bollywood film industry in utter shock after he committed suicide on June 14. The actor was said to be struggling with his career and he was suffering from depression and stress. Due to this, the whole film and tv industry is divided where one is bashing the other.

Dharmendra took to his Twitter to mourn Sushant’s death as he wrote about how cruel this industry is, “Pyaare Sushant, naa film dekhi na kabhi mila tum se ….par tere achaanak chale jaane se bada sadma laga !!! This beautiful beloved “ show business “ is very cruel. I can imagine your unbearable pain . I share the pain of your loving family and friends (sic).”

Celebrities like Vivek Oberoi, Anubhav Sinha, Nikhil Dwivedi, Raveena Tandon, Kangana Ranaut, stylist Sapna Bhavnani and Shekhar Kapur and Punit Malhotra have also slammed the industry for being so shallow and a hypocrite. Some even told celebs to stop showing a fake sense of care suddenly now that they have lost an actor to a mental health issue.

Sushant Singh Rajput committed suicide as he hung himself from the ceiling of his Bandra residence. While the postmortem reports prove that it was suicide. Reports state that the police is going to probe ‘profession rivalry’ on Sushant’s death.
